And a little backstory taken from HotRod:

"So the story behind this one is that while I was at UK PonyCon 2016, I met who's an admin for Facebook group 'Bronies UK Group' and he told me that his fave artist had a panel there. His art is amazing, but when I learned he was into cars & metal, I knew I had to commission him. So I decided to get one while I was there, which he took a picture of and showed off on his Twitter. He also said that my Hot Rod plush was the coolest he'd ever seen. So yeah. He's pretty lit.

Anyway, this was something I'd been contemplating for a while to have done. So it's just Hot Rod driving his matte black '69 Chevy Nova which he's nicknamed 'Supernova' and news of his highway shenanigans attracted quite a sizable number of groupies. Oh, the burden of being one of Equestria's biggest heartthrobs. It's a tragedy, I tell you(!)

Anyway, this came out great, I adore it and big ups to Dori-To for making this for me. Hopefully, he'll be back in the UK for 2017. And also, big ups to Interzen too for bringing him to my attention."
