Let's start with the vision. I can attest first hand the excitement I had when first watching that clip. I knew that Trixie was going to return, but this... I wasn't prepared for this. You captured that excitement perfectly.
That goes for originality as well. Though I expect these to pour in like noponies business once the episode airs, this will still sit atop my favorites.
Now the technique. The outlines and shading are very fitting for your style. The hair is is a bit flat, but this is over shadowed by the effects you put in the magic. The glow from the eyes and explosion from the horn are masterfully done (not that I would expect anything less from you). As I've said before, you have a distinct style, but the ability you have to push the limits while still being able to keep to that style astounds me.
Finally, the impact. As with most spoiler art, it usually does not get a whole lot of attention until after the episode airs. I hopefully will have the honor being on the same drawfriend as you on saturday
