A: Equestria Traffic laws state that passengers of pegasus powered scooters such as Scootaloos don’t have to wear headprotection.

Q: What is the device Twilight and the Doctor are using?
A: It is a Multidimensional Pony Transporter that can transport several ponies through space and time using unicorn magic. Other than the spell Twilight used to travel through time, this device allows her to stay there as long as she wants and take a companion with her. Disadvantage is that it is unreliable.

Q: Why is Scootaloo’s hair so messy?
A: Because she was wearing a helmet.
